E5 – Mindfully teaching and acting on social and climate transitions in HEI
On September 10, 2024, UNICA organized an online dissemination event that brought together 35 external participants, highlighting the key results of the MP4s project, focused on the impact of mindfulness practices in higher education. The main goal of the event was to demonstrate how mindfulness can provide a practical framework for understanding and transforming human behavior, a central theme of the Erasmus+ project.
The event provided an opportunity to share the outcomes of deliverables PR4, PR5, PR6, PR8, PR9, and PR10, with a particular focus on the tools and manuals developed for trainers and students, as well as the recommendations for integrating mindfulness practices into higher education institutions and society.
Discussions also addressed the recognition and certification of skills acquired through these practices, as well as strategies for evaluating their impact on participants and institutions. This event strengthened collaborations among the participating universities and contributed to the wide dissemination of the project’s resources, with the aim of promoting the broader adoption of these innovative approaches in education and society.
