AFD Campus aims to build the capacities of participants in the design and implementation of development projects financed by AFD and beyond, focussing on 21st century skills and new learning methods. AFD began to mainstream mindfulness into soft skills vocational training 2 years ago, to promote the links between mindfulness and transitions, for trainees from developing countries working on development projects in different transition areas (microfinance; climate change; social business; etc).

As a MP4s associate partner, the AFD Campus will provide their expertise in the design phase of the curricula, and will also be part of the prototyping and acceleration phases to test some modules and extend them in existing training programs, targeting a large audience in France and developing countries, supporting the sharing of project results through a wide range of in-person and digital programs and platforms such as https://ecampus-afd.edflex.com/#call-to-action
