UW’s rising concern in recent years has been climate education and sustainable development. UW also see an increasing need for supporting students’ mental health and face the problems they encounter connected to instability, insecurity and climate.

As a MP4s associated partner, UW will contribute in designing and developing the Mindfulness Toolbox, exercises and manuals, to infuse mindfulness practices into learning and teaching processes, learning from the experiences of MP4s partners.

UW wish to empower its students to develop resilience, strength and positive attitude, and give them inspirational and uplifting examples. UW also promote a more sustainable, healthier plant-based diet that contributes to the wellbeing of our planet, as mindful eating and awareness of our eating habits and the food impact on the ecosystem and social justice are so important.
